For over 75 years, Bell’s Brooklyn Bagels keeps the family tradition of handmade bialys and authentic New York bagels alive. Bell’s Brooklyn Bagels is a family owned and operated business for three generations. To this day, Bell’s Brooklyn Bagels maintains the high quality products that Marty Bell always provided.
Grandpa Marty Bell’s bagel recipe and handcrafted bialys became a staple of Brooklyn life. His son Warren Bell grew the business to be the largest bialy manufacturer in the nation. Now, Warren and his son Jared Bell have expanded our bagel and bialy production taking our products across the globe.
Our family of products ranges from the Bell’s Bialys to Brooklyn Bagels that appear in the bakery sections of grocery stores. In 2015, the Ray’s New York Bagel and “What’s a Bialy?” frozen line joined our family of products. Using the best ingredients preserves what our Grandma Dotty Bell always said, “To know the difference is to taste the difference.” Now, you can taste the difference in supermarkets and restaurants across the country.
